Shipping policy

No Nasties Kids has a flat rate shipping price of $8.95 for orders under $100 Australia wide.

All orders over $100 are shipped free of charge, Australia wide.

We can not take responsibility for delays in shipping with ANY SHIPPING COMPANY.

We ship via several shipping companies, not limited to Australia Post and ARAMEX.

Our process is:

- Email Received

- We will raise a case with the carrier

- If the item is deemed "lost in transit" by the carrier we will refund you in full and you will be notified.

- If the item is deemed "delayed", you must allow the carrier to rectify and deliver and we will notify you of their response.

We suggest that if you are wanting a shipment faster, select EXPRESS SHIPPING. It still can not be guaranteed, however, we have found this to be faster than general freight.
